TAMPA FLORIDA HOMES SALES UP 76% SINCE JANUARY 2008

With two consecutive quarters of positive growth, the Tampa housing market is exploding! June sales of all housing units in Hillsborough County have shown an increase of 76% from the first of the year and the months of home inventory are down 54% since January 08′. This is a definitive statement of recovery for Tampa real estate!
